OUR WARRANTY

As an UP® and coming company, we wish our brand may become synonymous with a reputation for consistently producing the highest quality products. We expect that our products will surpass typical lifespans and durability associated with similar products on the market today; seemingly designed to be perpetually discarded.

As our twenty or so products each represent a different lifestyle use, and each will have a different warranty period accordingly. We cannot honestly predict how long each product will last under normal use conditions. However, we can with confident certainty express that our products will demonstrate longevity beyond the heretofore-normal life expectancies.  We extend a Lifetime Warranty for several of our product and are listed as such on the corresponding product pledge pages.

All warranties are for the UP® cushions only, and not for covers and materials other than the cushion, unless there is failure due to manufacturing defect. All returns for either credit or exchange must be insured.

Warranty and Returns

We warranty all UP® products to be free from defects in materials and construction. In the case of a manufacturer’s defect, we will either issue an outright credit, or exchange the item for a new one, according to customer choice. Shipping charges to return or exchange merchandise are not covered under this warranty. Warranty periods extend from the date of purchase, and are for the original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items or defects caused by accidents, fire, or misuse, including but not limited to improper cleaning with harsh cleansers or detergents, neglect, abuse, alteration, or other damage not associated with normal wear and tear, and does not cover fabric materials used as covers. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a product purchased from UltraPedic® you may return or exchange your merchandise in satisfactory condition within 1 month of the original delivery date. Freight charges, however, are non-refundable, and return-shipping fees may be higher than outbound shipping fees.  This Warranty does not cover one-time, or on going damage caused by misbehaving pets.
